“Avoid this place”
I hadn’t even moved into the apartment because they required guests to be registered, which I definitely did not expect. A €200 fine for an unregistered visitor — even if they are not staying with you — is absurd!!! I was not informed about any fines before choosing these apartments; only on the same day did I receive a list of rules that shocked me!!! I rented another apartment instead!!!
