The room was pleasant and clean with a large though firm bed. . Bathroom had decent shower and hot water. Parking on site was helpful as the access road is narrow and busy. Nice location close to the river with plenty of good restaurant options within a short walk.

Quiet. Very much enjoyed the town. A good last stop on the loop, before ending back in Chiang Mai. The hotel was comfortable.
