The breakfast is OK, but the buffet food is not kept warm enough. This is a small hotel in a border town. It is OK for where it is, but not at the same standard as Bangkok or other big cities in Thailand.

Excellent friendly staff. Helped to organise a very fair price taxi to the caves. At checkout the lady at reception even helped me with the local transport to the main station.

“Unplanned stop in Mae Sai”
I had an unplanned night stopover in Mae Sai, and as the last minute choice the hotel was more than fine. Good value for money. Huge room, comfortable clean bed, hard mattress and decent pillows (it was crucial for me, as I travelled with a jammed neck).
