Our stay at the W Hotel was the best experience of our entire trip to Thailand, during which we stayed at around 8 different hotels over roughly 30 days. Everything there is at the highest possible level. From the moment you enter the hotel, you get that true “wow effect” — with what feels like the most incredible pool in the world! A breathtaking view and a stunning, beautifully designed pool. The breakfast at the hotel is at the highest level we have ever seen. Everything is perfect — from the freshly squeezed juices to the excellent omelets. The kitchen staff — especially BEE, who is in charge of the kitchen — made us feel completely at home. Just like the slogan says, “Whatever/Whenever.” BEE truly made that slogan come to life. Since my wife doesn’t eat breakfast early, BEE made sure every single day that her meal was sent to our room so she could enjoy it at 11 or 12, whenever she was ready to eat. The pool area is quiet and peaceful, with a spectacular view. The beach is simply exceptional and different from other beaches — everything feels impressive, well-designed, and spacious. The fact that the property is so large and yet has only 70 rooms explains why you constantly feel a sense of space and privacy. There is always room to breathe, and you never feel crowded. The rooms are wonderfully sized, and the private pools are huge. We spent at least a quarter of each day there with the kids. In principle, the hotel does not claim to be fully child-oriented. However, the food menu is amazing, the nightly fire shows are spectacular, and the sweet treats around the hotel absolutely do the job. If we had to rate the hotel out of 100, we would give it at least 110! A big thank you to TON, the photographer, who captured moments that will stay with us forever; to BEE, the kitchen manager, for taking care of us like family; and to all the wonderful drivers — Tony and the whole team — who made every buggy ride pleasant and positive.

The room had an amazing view and we had our own lap pool. The facilities were above and beyond. The Woobar, The Kitchen Table, Namu, Sips and the spa were all wonderful 10 out of 10. Loved my birthday dinner at Namu, thank you Chef Daniel and our private beach dinner for our 25 Wedding Anniversary, thank you again Chef Daniel for the amazing food. We loved the fire show from the Woobar as well. All staff were so accommodating and friendly. They felt like family and valued the ‘Whatever/Whenever’ W hotel moto. Big thank you to Patrick, Emelie, Pei, Chef Daniel at Namu restaurant and all our wonderful buggy drivers.

The water in the toilet was a little yellowish but the hotel sent someone to fix it as soon as we reported it

First of all, best service I got ever in every hotel I went to. The breakfast was beyond amazing. The beach and all the facilities were great. The fact that the buggies were always available, and the staff helped with any issue that we raised.

Excellent location - on a quiet sandy beach but not too far from main local attractions and restaurants (5-7 min by taxi) Outstanding breakfast - best croissants ever, lots of fresh fruits, cold coconuts in a fridge, already opened and ready to drink, delicious oriental fusion choices from a menu, BEST cappuccino ever (seriously). Great idea to communicate with a hospitality service by WhatApp - much more convenient that dialing "0" to explain your immediate need. Instead you can send a text from anywhere and get things done. A perfect stay - many thanks to the stuff, you are incredible!

The staff make the hotel. Nothing is ever too much trouble. All so friendly, helpful and thoughtful. The Woo Bar has a great relaxing vibe, with wonderful views out to the sea. The nightly fireshow in the bar is worth a watch. The Saturday night BBQ on the beach is great. Breakfast, a great selection of food. Highly recommend the hotel.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in some good ones. The hotel is out of this world and the staff are just as amazing as the hotel worth every penny. We had the jungle villa and it was incredible. Can’t wait to go back
