“Tropical Jungle Paradise in Samui”

John was a great host and made us feel so welcome during our stay. Our villa was a home away from home. Peaceful, private and tucked away from the hustle and bustle but not far from surrounding amenities. The highlight was relaxing under the stars in the swimming pool!

Everything! John was an amazing host. All the hotel staff were so friendly, warm and welcoming. We felt so at home. The villa was beautiful and we loved the location and the nature around the villa, the sounds of the birds in the morning was one of the highlights. Max the dog was so cute and the parrots! We would highly recommend John’s resort. And we would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much John, we would always stay here if we return.

We've had a great stay at our villa. It was very private, super comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, the terrace and the lovely nature around. The bed was very comfortable. The villa is cleaned every day, the host is very attentive. We had a minor issue with the a/c and he fixed it very quickly. There is a lovely parrot that lives in the area and it came to visit us a few times. Very enjoyable experience. If you need anything like renting a scooter, food recommendations or anything at all John the host is right there for you.

They where building villas next to us and there was noise but overall i had no other problems! Also the owner was very friendly and helpful!!

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing overall. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud, making it very hard to sleep. On our last day, our bags were left unattended at the reception desk instead of being stored securely as promised, which felt careless and unprofessional. There were also no supporting staff to help with our baggage to and from the room, which added to the inconvenience. In addition, there was an umbrella from a previous guest left in the room — it was ant-infested and should never have been overlooked during cleaning. When we requested it be removed, it was simply cleaned and then left by our door, which was not an acceptable solution. The bathroom also showed poor upkeep, with a heavy build-up of limescale around the shower taps. That said, the manager was helpful and provided good local recommendations, which we appreciated. However, the overall standards of cleanliness, service, and care fell far below expectations, and we left feeling let down.

“Lovely, tranquil and relaxed stay - recommend”

Superhelpful and friendly host, bed was amazing, babyfriendly! Perfect if you love birdwatching, checking out squirrels with your morningcoffee or just enjoy the outdoors. Easy transfer to beautiful beaches with almost no visitors. Spacious villa with lovely terrace, pool and amenoties. Fishermen village is also just a short drive away. Get your breakfast at sweet and salty, enjoy the best pad thai at “Tree house silent beach”.

Staying at the Tropical season villa was the best choice we made...the owner John was so helpfull and gave us the best tips for avoiding the commercial busy spots of the island...the villas are tasteful with private pool...i definetely recommend !

The property itself was beautiful, clean, remote but well connected, peaceful and with great facilities. You get the best of both worlds, quiet and peaceful, but very easy to get taxis and order food. John the host is great and can help with anything you need. “Lovely peaceful villa with a private pool and the best host ever”

Peaceful and comfortable villas with a beautiful location in my jungle. The villa is clean and smells nice. It is about 30 minutes walk to the beach, but several restaurants and shops were closer to the house. The host is the best. He was afraid that the construction work in the area bothered us (it did not), and gave us drinks from the minibar for free. He also gave us plenty of useful recommendations for restaurants, all of them were fantastic. He even drove us to the store to buy beer. Extremely hospitabel! Loved it!

Where do I start? We had an amazing time at this villa, secluded and away from the main road, you can hear birds chirping throughout the whole day. The villa is clean and cleaned every single day. John was a great host and will tell you all the secrets of Koh Samui and avoid all the tourists and the authentic local spots.

“Fun holiday in a peaceful setting on a lovely island”

The villas are well appointed in a nice peaceful setting surrounded by bush, coconut trees and greenery. It’s a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the main touristy areas, which is perfect for having a bit of peace and quiet and makes for a more relaxed setting. Yet, its is a short distance by scooter for everything you want to go and explore or enjoy. The staff was exceptionally friendly and serviced the villa daily and kept everything clean and tidy. John, the proprietor, was incredibly friendly and helpful, and he knows the island well and was always keen to assist with anything. He was always super keen to assist with anything, and assisted me with everything from renting a scooter to getting me a taxi to the airport. This level of personal pride and attention is amazing and gives it a real personal touch.

Very peaceful resort where you can hear the sounds of nature. The villa was extremely well equipped. The pool was amazing, and both the pool and the villa were extremely private. Some excellent recommendations from the host also. We will be returning.

It is beautiful! From the layout of the villa to the surrounding gardens - it is quiet and beautiful. John is a great host - gave us the run-down on the local food options, and has built a lovely little resort...although it felt like our villa was the only one on the side of the hill.
