Our stay at Samui Zenity was truly memorable. The owners are incredibly kind, caring, and accommodating. I accidentally canceled my booking, and when I called the owner, she warmly assured me that I could still come and that she would take care of everything. That gesture alone made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The warm welcome, friendly behavior, and delicious breakfast made our stay even more enjoyable. The resort is also perfect for families with children, as there are plenty of toys and activities to keep kids entertained and happy throughout the day. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing swimming pool. We spent two wonderful days enjoying the pool and creating beautiful family memories. The peaceful atmosphere, excellent facilities, and genuine hospitality made this place feel like a home away from home. Thank you to the wonderful team at Samui Zenity for making our vacation so special. We will definitely return in the future and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly stay in Koh Samui.

The owner is very nice and open. We really liked the place, because there was a kitchen outside and you can use it freely. You can also rent a motorbike there if you want.

the staff and cleanliness

The owners of this hotel are so nice & so friendly. Also there dog is beautiful. Pool are is lovely & I love the communal area were you can cook for yourself if you like. Only 15 mins by bike to Fisherman's village. The owners also run a suttle bus to the beach which is great.

Nice room, nice pool There are lots of kids so some noise, but we didn't really mind. We didnt use the shuttle but it's a great service they offer.

Comfortable for a night or two. Pleasant pool and attractive cafe area. Functional room.

Staff was very nice, location was good and easy to reach. Kitchen has all need amenities, rooms are good, AC works well, Free water was amazing, Pool area was nice. All thought through well. Go to sister kob nearby for truly amazing food.

The staff offered a cheaper deal with an attraction and was overall friendly.

The place looks a bit different from the photos. Congrats to the photographer. Its mostly families with kids so if you are looking for a quiet stay, it is not quiet at all. The place and apartments are clean, but need maintenance. There was a lot of mold inside the air conditioner which is pretty dangerous especially for people with small kids. Now there is a big building sight next to the resort but i guess the building will be finished until 2027. The owners were kind and they have a very beautiful dog and cat. They also serve breakfast on a good price and you can rent a motorcycle for a very good price from them. Its great for people with kids. They just need to do a little extra touches and clean and change some things. The beds around the pool need new cushions especially the one in the bamboo. I wouldn’t like my kid to sit on mold and dust.

Nice poolside room, very clean with a lovely smell. If you have some transport this is a great place to stay. Pool is clean with a few sunbeds to spend a few days by the pool. Samui is now very busy and Zenity offers a little bit of peace and quite..

The best accomodation we had had in Thailand. It has a wonderfull garden and pool. It is good for families with children. The staff is very kind, they helped me with everything we needed. Really apreciated!

We stayed for four weeks in the apartment at the Samui Zenity Hotel. From day one, we felt at home. Nice swimming pool. We received a warm welcome from Stefany and Syril. The staff were also very friendly and always ready to help. The location is perfect for trips around the entire island. The most beautiful beaches are just a few minutes' drive away. The apartment was cleaned weekly and was fully equipped. The lovely balcony with its stunning view was our spot for daily breakfast. We will definitely be back. I recommend everyone to stay with Stefany and Syril in the large and spacious apartment at the Samui Zenity Hotel when visiting Samui.

I really enjoyed my stay. Nice accommodations with very friendly staff. I would definitely go back. The free shuttle to the beach was also a very pleasant one.

The breakfast was freshly made and very good. The room was very clean and comfortable. Nice pool. Stephanie and Cyril are relaxed and easy going, they do their best to make your stay a good one. There was a communal kitchen, if you want to cook, you can, if you want a take away that’s also fine, or you could choose from a menu. They provide a free shuttle to the town which is also close to the beach 4 times daily + return. Would come again.
