“Amazing stay would definitely recommend”

Amazing stay in a sea view room. Staff very understanding arranged the room for us when it was not the one we wanted. Cool pool and very good restaurant with affordable prices considering the location. Great massage service. Very isolated so perfect if you’re looking for calm, you need a moto to go around.

“Disgusting”

We booked one of these villas in the beach. Although the setting and the fact that we had our own villa on the beach. Was great. But after being in the room less than an hour we noticed ants on the bed. And o done mean a few. There was millions of them all over the bedding. We called the reception. They send housekeeping to change the bedding After another look around. We noticed ants in the side where kettle is. And there was an ant run on the wall leading to the corner where the air con is. And under the wall panels. There was a nest in there somewhere. My partner had to leave her designer bag because the bag was in the floor and ants had got in there the bag was abided with them. We left went to reception and they refused to refund the money. Just be careful when booking this property. The own had no consideration at all

The pancakes at the breakfast were great, and the kids loved them. The resort itself was surprisingly good, clean, and lovely helpful staff. Location on beautiful beach.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Location was great but advisable to have transport. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Nice stretch of beach.

This was the second hotel we stayed at on the island during our holiday. The breakfast was less varied than the previous one. The staff was very nice and the reception was very helpful.

Rooms were great! Beautiful & clean, and staff were helpful. Pool was next to the bar & restaurant. Surrounding area wasn’t very walkable with a stroller, but if you’re willing to drive in the heavy traffic, location could or could not be a problem. (I get the feeling that it applies to many areas in Samui though). All in all, happy with our stay.

The situation of the hotel.

Nice hotel but could do with a bit of a make over. The location was nice as it was away from the main road but you really do need a scooter or taxis to get about.

Good location for us. On the beach. 2 minute walk to Reggae bar which is great food.

Great location. Off the main road so you can’t hear any traffic. The beach are is not too busy, so good for walks once the tide is not too high. Laundry service, great breakfast.

The beach side location was really nice, and being able to walk on the beach at evening time to the restaurants was great, it meant we didn’t have to go up to the main road. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

No hand rails on the pool or hand rail to our bungalow

Beach front location, access to the water, there were some places to walk out to for food and drink whilst the hotel was quiet from noise. Hotel meals were good and a lovely location.

Our second time back which says it all. It’s right on the beach, great food, very friendly stall, just value.
