The owner of the property is incredibly lovely and welcoming. We had dinner and breakfast there and the food was excellent. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Loved the 'cabin' feel but with the comfort of a nice bed, air conditioning, etc

“Beautiful stay”

This was a gorgeous stay. The location is sweet, just back from the town, and the room is comfy and clean. The lady (Da) running the place is lovely.

We liked everything about staying here! Da the host was wonderful and attentive, she greeted us when we arrived and we had lots of lovely conversations with her through our stay. We had beautiful Thai food cooked for us by her when we arrived and a delicious breakfast in the morning also. Da and her husband grow fruits and we really enjoyed DA’s home made mulberry juice!!! If you go at the right time of year when we strongly suggest you try some. The accommodation was clean and decorated with care and attention. The area was pleasant and quiet, we wished we could have stayed for longer! Thank you Da for our wonderful stay.

“The hostess with the mostest!”

The accomodation consisted of a modern cabin that had superior facilities. The hostess was exceptional both at check-in and the small restaurant she ran. The location is convenient for visiting Nam Lod caves which shouldn't be missed.

Great location between Pai and Mae Hong Son run by the loveliest host that travellers could wish for. There is a reason Daa scores so highly on here and that’s because she’s one of the nicest people around, the jungle cabins are lovely with great seating areas outside, the beds are soft, the food she serves is fantastic, and her beer is cold. We’ve been here 4 times now and she never fails to deliver. We’ll be back on our next travels.

We loved everything here. Our favourite accommodation in thailand so far. Daa is a beautiful soul, and looked after us liike a second mother. She knows a lot of people, its a small town so can help to organise taxis to the cave etc but there is also a bus service in Sap Pong and is easy to get around. We ate at the guest house for most meals as Daa is a great cook.. delicious healthy home cooked meals and the restaurant deck overlooks the valley..truely stunning. Comfy beds with pillow top mattresses. Rooms simple, spacious, rustic, clean, each with own balcony and sitting area. again..the views. Very hard to say goodbye to this place.

Very basic but excellent stop to make between Pai and Mae Hong son. The lady running the place makes excellent food and she is one of the reasons you should stop here. Excellent host!

Sometimes you come across an accomodation that has something special. This was the case for us when we stayed a night at jungle guest house, run by Da and her husband. The room was very clean, the shower was hot, the dinner was among the best we had in Thailand, the breakfast was fantastic (fresh home made bread and very tasty scrambled eggs!) and above all the kindness of Da and her husband just made our stay absolutely wonderful. Also, the bonfire on the terrace was a nice addition since it cools down pretty fast after sunset. All in all a great place to stay!

“A welcoming, comfortable and affordable stay along the loop”

A stay at Jungle Guesthouse is highly recommended on your way around the Mae Hon Song loop or if exploring the caves between Pai and Mae Hon Song. The owner and host is wonderfully helpful and friendly. We enjoyed her amazing cooking and hospitality. The room was like new with a huge comfortable bed. There was plenty of room for parking a car or bike. It was easy to find just back from the main road. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
