“Hidden gem amazing hotel!”
From the staff to the building to the dinner everything was perfect, Settled in to the suite and headed down to the spa, (steam/sauna/salt room / plunge pool / hottub) amazing then went for a massage, Room was amazingly equip’s and towels and robe was smelling fresh! After went and eat in the bistro which was amazing, Bed was great and also blinds to block the morning sun! Views of the mounting from the room (105)

“The most friendly and amazing stuff I met in my travels”
I travel a lot, but this time I was amazed! Andrea answered all answers promptly, helped with check-in, and on the day of our check-out(it was very early morning) even arranged package with breakfast to go. Long story short - out of hundreds stays I had in the recent years, I would remember that hotel for being warm, cozy, and for the great stuff that treats you like a family, doing everything to help and to advise best. p.s. Andrea's dog Max just stole my heart - now I want to have the same =)

“Perfect days in Madulain”
I love everything here - attention to details, atmosphere, people. I truly recommend visiting a restaurant for lunch / dinner. The best experience !!! Also, you will be welcomed by the dog named Max, he is amazing! (The hotel is dog friendly, you only need to pay a fee which is absolutely acceptable). Thank you for snacks for my dog :) Breakfast was amazing and really tasty. There is a big free parking as well.

“Lovely stay and awesome staff”
The location is very good - right in the heart of Madulain, next to the train station and close to the Ice Way and a farm that offers riding tours. The staff is incredibly friendly and well mannered. We also really liked the spa - it's small, but really welcoming after a cold day. Will definitely come back.

“PERFECTION IN All details.”
It is in a town 12 minutes from St Moritz. (madulain) it was an espectacular experience. I would like to emphasize the attention of all the staff. clean hotel, the breakfast was with good attention and the quality in their food was great with eggs. One day we had dinner, and it was PERFECT, its chef has a restaurant with a Michelin star. and it is the same person who runs the BISTRO restaurant, right there. I think the gentleman at the reception is the owner, he takes care of all the details and is perfection, it is really impressive. They were very kind to put cutlery for my 4-year-old son every day at breakfast. It has a big parking on the side of the hotel. and you feel like with this local experience without noise by tourists. DO NOT DOUBT IT. it is relaxing, we came by car and we went to visit ponterai a and St moritz a very day with no problem, we Lovee to drive because the views of that area are Amazing.
