“Worth the money”
The reception staff were very kind and spoke good English. We slept well the bed was comfortable. AND the cleaning lady was absolutely amazing. We stayed in room 407, and she cleaned the room, changed the towels and bed linen every day without us even asking. She truly deserves a salary raise. The metro is just around the corner, which makes it very easy and quick to get to the city center. We would definitely choose this hotel again if we return. The only downside is that there is no balcony for smokers, and the view it was facing an interior courtyard surrounded by walls, so not very pleasant. Overall, I would still give it a 10.

“Had a wonderful stay!”
The room was wonderful, big enough and comfy. The bed was also large and comfy, with nice pillows. I slept like a baby after a night out. There are a lot of amenities, in case one has forgotten anything. I have been in quite a few hotels, and I have never seen so many offers! The staff was very nice and available for any questions and suggestions. Other than that, the hotel is in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, with a lot of restaurants, bakeries and supermarket options around. It is also walking distance to the centre of Madrid, if you don't mind a nice 20/30 minute stroll to the most popular spots.
