“Great hotel, would love to come back!”
We loved the hotel. Perfect for a short trip to Madrid, super central, very comfortable and clean and the staff are very welcoming and warm. The rooftop bar is just great! Definitely recommended.

Great location, very kind and helpful staff. Nice rooftop bar. We were celebrating my moms birthday and I asked for the suprise birthday package for her, so they prepared the room with bday decoration and a bottle of cava and a cake. It was really nice.

“A must stay in Madrid!”
We loved the room; the little touches were very special and thoughtful. For example, there were hair straighteners and disposable coffee cups. The receptionist Andrea was incredibly nice and helpful.

Great design, the room’s were very comfortable and a good size, the breakfast was great and the lounge areas were lovely. The rooftop was fun and a real bonus for our stay. Above all, the staff were very helpful and engaging ,going out of their way to provide excellent service.

“Consistently good”
We’ve been here several times so it feels almost cheating to review again, but this is just to testify to the consistency of service and quality provided through the years. We booked last minute on a massively busy weekend (bad bunny concert, pope visit in prep + not sure how many competing events) so availability was limited everywhere. Still, we got not only a room here, but got upgraded! Also, all the requests we put in via booking.com got accepted and everything was just easy and smooth. Our room this time was massive, as well as the bathroom. The hotel is comfortable, bed is great, excellent soundproofing, everything just works. Always a smile at the reception, nothing was seen as a bore or an inconvenience. Long story short: a well managed hotel where all the little things that matter are handled well, we will be back and recommend to friends.

A warm recommendation for all those visiting Madrid for the first time. The hotel is located in an excellent location. An exceptionally clean hotel with great service. Breakfast was very good. The room we received was quite spacious. It wasn't particularly well-lit, but that's okay — we certainly didn't spend much time in the room anyway. We slept wonderfully, and the comfort level is admirable.

I ordered room service on my first night, but unfortunately, it was unavailable. While it wasn't a big deal for me, the management and front desk team handled it perfectly: they offered me free breakfast and a €30 voucher, which was a very kind gesture of goodwill. The hotel itself is stunningly decorated, and I loved the subtle scent of mint throughout, a lovely nod to the hotel's name. The location on Gran Via is ideal, right in the heart of everything. Even though it's a busy area, the soundproofing is impressive; once the windows are closed, you are completely isolated from the street noise. The staff was incredibly attentive throughout my stay, constantly checking in to ensure everything was perfect. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place!

the bathroom had everything you needed, included a hair straightener which was very appreciated! the bed was very confortable with lots of pillows to chose from. It was quiet and clean. Loved the sweet welcome treats.
