Set in a historic building, the Vincci Centrum is a boutique hotel located 300 metres from Gran Via and a 10-minute walk from the famous Puerta del Sol. Rooms have a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. The Vincci maintains its original façade and features a welcoming and sophisticated décor. Location was good. The room was nice but didn't warrant the cost. I had a suite and it was the standard of a normal room at another decent hotel.

The STAFF! So friendly and helpful. The room was comfy and spacious, the design was nice too. The breakfast had variety of eggs and fruits and pastries which was a highlight. Most of all, the location was perfect, walking distance to everywhere.

The staff were very polite, and the property is in an excellent location—Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Gran Vía, and Retiro Park are all within a 15–30 minute walk, which is ideal. On top of that, the price is definitely worth it, and everything is very affordable. They also surprised me for my birthday—a gift was waiting for me in the room, which made my stay even more special. We had two rooms booked, and my sister, who stayed in the other room, was allowed a late check-out free of charge. The reception staff offered help with anything we needed and were always available. If it had been more expensive, I probably wouldn’t have chosen this property, so I was really pleased with the price as well. I am truly very satisfied, and every next time I come, this will be my choice!
