Even though it’s pet-friendly, they charged me an extra €20 for my cat with no check provided whatsoever. the hotel is in the renovation process and it’s constant paint smell even in the rooms.

The hotel has refurbish and updated rooms. Staff are welcoming and professional. The hotel is located in an area with access via public transport to all areas. Walking distance to shops and restaurants .

“Pleasant hotel with reasonable price”
Friendly staff, reasonable price, clean hotel and close to bus and metro station. The 53 bus to Sol is 30 feet away. Metro station is about 10 min walk.

I arranged accommodation for an employee traveling on a business trip. The administrative process and communication with the hotel proved to be unnecessarily complicated. The accommodation was paid for using the employer’s corporate credit card, which the employee does not physically possess. As a result, it was not possible to present the card upon check-in. Unfortunately, providing the name of the main guest and a contact email address was deemed insufficient by the hotel.

“Nice hotel overall”
Nice room overall. The location was a bit far from the city center, however there was a bus stop right outside of the hotel. The personnel was kind and helpful!

“Good value for money”
Staff was very friendly and helpful. All the hotel is clean and tidy, breakfast is nice. Location is OK - 10 min walk to the closest underground station and there is a bus stop just in front + supermarket + couple of cafes/restaurants just opposite the hotel. The bathroom is spacious and also has a proper bath (not just a shower) and a bidet.
