Really nice staff that was really helpful. Room is well designed, AC was well working and you have big lockers to put your personal belongings. There is a common area to work during the day which is really appreciated. The localization is perfect, it wasn’t noisy

The location is just perfect. You can explore many attractions on foot, and it's also conveniently located next to a metro station. The staff is super friendly and helpful!

“Location, location, location”

The location of course is unbeatable, all the major sightseeing spots are within walking distance 15 mins tops. You are in the centre of the city centre Puerta del Sol. Excellent public transport connections to Atocha station where you can get the express bus to the airport.The breakfast is a very good value for money. Staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, wi-fi 's good as well.

The staff. There was an unfortunate air conditiong malfunction But the staff did their best to make the stay as comfortable as possible amid the soaring madrid temperatures. Cheers to them!

Excellent location, clean and safe property, the double room was like living in a 3 star hotel. Friendly and helpful staff and decent crowd staying at the hostel.

The property is good. Spacious common area for guests to hang around or resting. And the location is super convenient to reach out to all the places to visit. Everything is just walking distance.

This facility was the most stupidly arranged - in the room there is bathroom and it is not separated. It’s is there so you don’t have any privacy for changing clothes. It’s well furnished and clean but the design of the room was quite silly

“Amazing hostel!”

Everything felt so new and well looked after. Staff were so lovely, friendly and welcoming! The common area was really nice to spend time in. The beds were very comfy too, and the bathrooms spotless! The bedrooms were also very quiet, you’d never guess the hostel was in the centre of the city

The best location ever, right in the city center.

The location is great. You can walk to a lot of the tourist sites. The housekeeping does a good job cleaning. The room was a good size. There was no feeling of stuffy air. There is a nice lounge area with kitchen. Although, it's not equipped for real cooking, but you can make tea and heat some food in the microwave, use the refrigerator.

This was my first ever hostel stay and it couldn't have been better: The staff is great Pedro and Alessio from the reception are amazing!! The location couldn't e better, the common areas are clean, my room was spotless (when I arrived someone had sat in my bed and the cleaning staff switched the bedding without me even asking!). All the other guests were respectful and polite and I had a great time! 11/10. (will be rebooking the next time I'm in Madrid!)
