This is a sensational hotel; absolutely gorgeous, amazing location, great staff, fantastic food and loved the outdoor area including pool. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!

The hotel is incredible, and it’s hard for me to say what I liked the most. This was my second time staying there, and I could clearly see many improvements since my previous visit in 2023. I would especially like to highlight the hotel’s hospitality and Helena, the receptionist. She made us feel special from the very beginning and prepared a lovely surprise in our room on our second day. The entire team is extremely kind and attentive to every detail throughout the stay. I will definitely come back on my next visit to Madrid.

Very nice aesthetics, the rooms were very clean and beautiful decorated. Staff were ok- one member of staff stood out as the most helpful his name was Jose on the door- very helpful with great communication skills and great energy he brought to the hotel.

The team at the hotel were very attentive and always available to assist with any request. Restaurant reservation, details of things to see in the city, even access routes to the hotel when we rented a car considering road closures during Christmas. We really liked how friendly all the team members were, everyone was genuine and hospitable. The food in the hotel was great and reasonably priced. The selection in the lobby lounge was prefect for an afternoon snack and dinner at the Peruvian restaurant was a really treat. Amazing blend of flavours and definitely worth trying if you are staying at the hotel.
