Fantastic location, great staff. Very accommodating and very clean, well-run place. The rooms are exceptionally well outfitted and the bed very comfortable. Washroom is well designed for size and the water is hot. It is super convenient to have a washer and a refrigerator.

Limehome is exceptionally well organized. They are easy to contact, have their own app, provide full details and are very friendly and available to assist in any way. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a decent professional place to stay with the appropriate amenities for a proper business trip. The building is clean, no rodents, insects or other pests. Housekeeping is on point. The entire city is well maintained and clean and 11 Calle de Principe is a well managed and maintained apartment hotel that is quite exceptional.

Absolutely incredible location, you're right in the centre. That being said, you're also right above a nightclub. Whilst it could have been quieter - the noise didn't bother us and the kids slept through it. Equally, ear plugs were provided but given there's a nightclub literally on the ground floor, it wasn't that noisy. It's definitely the trade off of being so central. You get loads of towels which was excellent, the roof terrace was incredible and the beds were really comfortable.

Very clean flat, well equipped kitchen and good bedding and towels. Spacious balcony with great furniture. Location is central. The staff were helpful and it suited our needs very well.

Absolutely amazing room with extremely comfy bed, sofa bed for our child, kitchen facilities. The location is fantastic, we were even able to see the Easter processions from the mini balcony.

Location super!!! Kitchen fully charged by staff also have washing machine.
