Too expensive for what we got in terms of breakfast, space in the room. The bed lights were not working. They didn't even give the free bottle of water like all the hotels

“Excellent hotel in central yet quiet location”
This is a very nice hotel in an excellent location within maybe 10 minutes walk of all the main sights in the city centre. The rooms are well appointed and of a good size with a small balcony. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were good as well

The room location is excellent. Very near the lift and a corner which very breezy. The area is very convenient for family as there are many parks and playground within 5-10mins walk from the hotel.

We really like this hotel in Madrid, we are returning for the second time. It is centrally located, there are several metro stations nearby, but all the important sights are within walking distance. The room is nice, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is perfect, everything is there to start the day well. This hotel is a permanent safe point for us in Madrid.

The Hotel is in an extremely central location and all main sites can be reached by walk (if you don't mind exercising a little :-)) you can also use the metro or buses. Hotel staff were very nice and the rooms were so very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

We walk everywhere when we stay in a city. The location is superb. There's not too much street noise. Staff is wonderful. The beds are comfortable and they have the best pillows in Spain. There's a good ramen place a few doors down.
