Comfortable and reasonable price for Madrid, walkable from the airport and easy parking. Comfortable bed, room had a shady terrace.

“Great hotel for transit passengers.”

We booked interconnecting rooms, which was very convenient for a family of three adults, and half board. Dinner buffet was good though not vast. Breakfast buffet was very good as well. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms are renovated and modern. We had outdoor terraces in both rooms which was nice. The hotel is pet friendly. The surrounding area is mostly residential with not much around. We were in transit between international flights for one night, and this hotel was a good option and an excellent deal. Very close to Barajas Airport. The hotel shuttle bus from Terminal 2 starts running at 15.30 and is free. On the way back from the hotel to the airport the next morning, we had to pay 5 euros per person, because we did not book a room directly with the hotel, but thru a third party. Overall, very positive experience, and we will stay there again.

Room was clean and well equipped. I was glad to be able to open the window. I was happy to eat alone in the coffee lounge and at breakfast as staff very welcoming. Bed was comfortable. Shuttle service to airport was wonderful, very helpful driver who went out of his way to make sure he'd dropped me off at the right place to catch my flight.

Location and personal attention

I liked the hotel, even though it is not the newest but it is well taken care of. I asked to change the room because I wanted double bed instead of 2 separate ones so the staff kindly did that. Breakfast was so fresh and really delicious.

The gym, although it smelled a lot of plastic from the tarmac on the floor and I couldn’t get the A/C to work so it got pretty hot.
