Great location, well equipped

“A quiet, cool haven in a great location”

Great location, large, comfortable room (we got a free upgrade), with A/C (crucial during the summer, and even in spring sometimes). The two sets of windows provide good soundproofing from the street. You might think you have the wrong place when you step into what looks like a hip café, but the staff will have you checked in in no time. Feels more like a guest house than a hotel, but it's clean, modern, and offers a cool, quiet haven from the lively streets around it. The breakfast offering is minimal, but there are dozens of options mere metres away so it would be a waste to stay in for breakfast anyway.

Great location and it was a perfect place to stop and visit Madrid! Metro was very close and you can visit the city centre by foot. Overall the building was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and the hotel staff was very helpful, also accommodating earlier check in.

Room 301. The stay was perfect and the staff were great. The room, although small was lovely.

They allowed us to leave the luggage in a luggage room before check in and after check out. Also, they anticipated the check in time as the room was already available 2 hours in advance. They also upgraded our room for free. Very available staff

“A wonderful small, boutique hotel in a perfect location”

The location and the staff made this a wonderful stay for my partner's birthday - and to celebrate getting engaged. 2 minutes from Opera metro station, and a 5 minute walk to either the Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, cathedral, and the Royal Palace. We walked everywhere and we only needed to use the once to get to an event at the Club de Campo Villa!

Excellent service at the hotel, everything was very organized and comfortable. Special thanks to the receptionist Desmond, who was extremely attentive, polite, and helpful throughout the stay. He truly made a difference in the experience. Highly recommended!

Clean, modern hotel with very helpful staff at a 24 hour desk. Rates were very affordable. Room was lovely with excellent showers. Bed was very comfortable. Wifi fast. The coffee shop in the lobby serves delicious cold brew coffee. Would highly recommend staying here.
