The location is great, shopping, restaurants, bars, metro etc just around the corner. The room was clean, light and spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was also quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel, mainly thanks to its excellent location and the exceptionally kind and helpful staff. Everyone at the reception was very polite and willing to assist us whenever needed, which we truly appreciated. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. Our room was located right next to the breakfast area, which meant there was quite a lot of noise every morning. We did inform the reception, and they kindly offered to move us to another room, but we preferred not to go through the inconvenience of packing and relocating again. Additionally, on two mornings, there were maintenance works taking place just outside our room, which caused further noise and disturbance. Housekeeping visited daily, but towels were not replaced unless we specifically requested it, which was a bit inconvenient. Lastly, the placement of the towel rack in the bathroom was not ideal, as it was positioned directly above the toilet. This felt both unhygienic and impractical, and unfortunately, a towel did fall into the toilet during our stay. Overall, while the hotel has many positive aspects, especially its location and staff, some improvements in room comfort and maintenance practices would greatly enhance the guest experience
