Perfect location. We stayed a week, went away for a week and came back for a couple more days. Never took the metro or bus, walked everywhere. What’s unique for such a central location is that it’s super quiet at night. You’re in the middle of Life but if you want to get away from it all, it’s an oasis of tranquility. The staff were super helpful and friendly as well, and clearly enjoy their work. We will be back.

Perfect location. We stayed for 5 days and walked everywhere. The building and all facilities are built with the best quality materials so it is very quiet. A little quiet bubble in the middle of lively Madrid.

Everything about the hotel just felt comfortable. All of the staff were engaging and friendly, just enough and not too much. It felt like staying in your own home but in a different location, so relaxing. The breakfast was so good and the best bit was that it lasted until 12:00 so we could rest longer in the morning and still get breakfast which is fabulous when you have had a long day sightseeing on the previous day. The bedroom was tremendously comfortable as was the bed, which meant that the breakfast until 12:00 was so much more flexible.

Everybody was super friendly, from the reception up to the cleaning lady, or staff at the restaurant. They are a super team, trying to their best to accommodate you.

The staff were very helpful. the locations great just at the heart of Madrid at the heart of almost everything. The hotel, the rooms and the breakfast area needs renovation. The superior room we stayed in was still a bit not spacious enough. We initially stayed in a normal room and felt quite short of space, plus the room was looking at walls, but the staff kindly quickly changed to a superior room against the extra payment.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful & located in a wonderful area in Madrid. It’s a very central boutique hotel but it is so quiet at night. The bedroom was very spacious with a balcony overlooking the street. The staff were extremely kind & helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here!

“Nicely located comfy hotel”

The location is amazing. Well connected as it’s close to the metro stations at Anton Martin, Sol (Sol being also a commuter train station) and the Atocha train station and quite close to all the good coffee places, restaurants and bars. Lively area, but the street is not that noisy. Super comfortable bed and pillows, and the hairdryer is dyson. We were given water for free every day.

Amazing bedroom, very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom! Enjoyed a lot the menu of pillows :) very good location, quite central but still very quiet. The hotel is so so beautiful and the staff was really helpful.

We stayed at this hotel in March/April; our room was located on 5th floor => Nice and friendly staff => breakfast till 12:00 => check out by 12:00 => Perfect location - calm and quite area but still very close to downtown => perfect bed with a Perfect mattress => the room is big enough to store your stuff => good-isolated walls => fast Internet => great breakfast and its variety- WELL DONE!!!!
