The owner was super helpful throughout our whole stay, answering quickly if we needed anything. The location of the place is perfect, there is a grocery store near the apartment, several cafés where we could grab breakfast and a metro station very close which was convenient for getting around. I would definitely recommend the place, even for longer stays because the apartmert has a dishwasher, washing machine and kitchenette.

It is a fantastic and cosy place, you would not beleive it, like a jewel ín the city. The apartment is equipped.with everything you need. I recommend it from my heart.

Great place to stay in Madrid. Pedro is very kind and easy to communicate with. The apartment is in a nice neighborhood, with supermarkets, breakfast spots, and cozy restaurants nearby. The Santiago Bernabéu Stadium is just a few minutes away by public transport, or a pleasant walk. The apartment is well equipped, with useful extras like an iron, washing machine, and a hairdryer. It’s very clean, and the bed is comfortable, everything you need for a relaxed stay.

We had such a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was equipped with everything needed for both a short-term and a potential long-term stay, and we were surprised by how clean, well-maintained, and cozy it was. “Excellent base in Madrid”
We have NOTHING BAD to say about this please - it was awesome! A very good base in Madrid. Check in was seamless - Pedro got in touch on the day of check in. He also personally welcomed us when we arrived. The place was super clean and it had everything we needed. It’s close to the Metro so you’ll be in the center in no time. Coffee, tea, water and milk were provided. Toilet clean, shower pressure strong. AC good. We even used the washing machine. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid! 🫶🏼 thanks again, Pedro, for making our stay comfortable!! Gracias!!

This apartment has everything you need. It is just 25 minutes away by Metro from the centre from Madrid. The staff is amazing. The communication with the staff was a 10/10!
