Lovely, clean and very practical property. It had a kitchen, laundry, good bathroom, and fridge. It was a short train trip to the city, which was quite affordable. The peoperty was very near to the metro and had supermarkets and grocery shops right next to it. The room also had all the amenities as promised and was really comfortable.

Firstly, Pedro was a very friendly and responsive host. The apartment was modern and super clean. The bed and pillows were high quality and very comfortable. There was a supermarket a couple of doors away and very close to the Metro train. A short and easy to navigate train ride into Madrid central. There were also several cafes open early for breakfast. Nearby is a beautiful park for walking or jogging.

Very comfortable, clean and well-equipped studio apartment, with air conditioning for the hot Madrid summers. Located outside the city centre in a quiet residential neighbourhood, but less than a five minute walk from the excellent metro, with trains running up to 1:30 am. Very friendly, helpful and responsive host.

“Lovely apartment for a short stay in Madrid”

Very well-appointed apartment, comfortable, clean, and in excellent condition. The host Pedro was very helpful in securing a parking space close by as on-street parking is very busy and metered. Great location just outside the main centre, with good regular transport links to the city.

The apartment was great, and the owner was very helpful. We were traveling by car and needed parking, the owner explained in detail where the white zone is located, which is free for parking. The apartment had everything we needed: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, fridge, iron, and ironing board. As a nice touch, there were coffee capsules, tea, milk, a bottle of water, and a few tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. The Wi-Fi was fast, which was important for us as we needed to work during our stay. The area is quiet, with a good grocery store, Dia, just 2 minutes away, and Mercadona a bit further. I highly recommend this apartment for both short and long stays!

The apartment was cosy, clean and great cooking facilities and supermarket was a few doors from accommodation. Pedro was a great host and we felt safe and found it easy to get around by bus.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. It had everything we needed for our short stay. The metro was a very short distance away and a supermarket just round the corner. Pedro and Maria were very welcoming and on hand if we needed anything.

Had a short but very comfortable and enjoyable stay in Madrid at RiNa MADRID apartamento 2. The apartment was spacious, modern, had a great shower and was spotlessly clean. The location was great being less than a 5 minute walk from the Metro and had a Supermarket less than a 100 yards from the apartment. My thanks to Pedro who was a great help with the information he provided on WhatsApp and was a very pleasant host. I would definitely stay again.

I have liked everything. The owner is easy going and very supportive. The facilities are clean and the bed is cozy. The neighbourhood is calm, everything within reach. I recommend this stay.

“Really nice apartament”

The apartment is nice, clean and prepared with all the things you might need. The mattress is really comfortable and we had 2 types of pillows. It has a supermarket and a farmacy on 30sec walk. The metro station is 3 minutes away. Pedro is a really nice guy. He prepared a lot of guidance for us and he was available to help us in case we needed it. I can’t recommend this apartment enough. We will book it again when we will come back to Madrid.
