Affordable and great priced. The pool was small but was good enough and liked the common area. The internet was great. The rooms were spacious for one person. The cleaning staff were really sweet and even the receptionist. I liked the room had basic amenities

It was above my expectations. The location was perfect to those who will study in universities near by and the neighborhood of Salamanca is beautiful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. And they also have a gym!

Everything. Starting from the facilities (gym,laundry room) to the position, the staff and so on. absolutely worth the price

Contemporary, clean, and location convenient for the excellent transport system in Madrid. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was sufficient and tasty in a lovely cafeteria, and the rooms had a small kitchen with a microwave. If you wish to, there is a pool and sun terrace on the roof and a relaxed social area on the bottom floor to play pool or just sit. I shall return here again.

It was good value for money. Breakfast was good. The staff is friendly. It was clean and the rooftop is a nice feature. It also has laundry self-service and a gym, but we didn't try that. The vending machine and the pool were also convenient and fun.

Housekeeping came at irregular times. At one point at 8 am someone came into our room and it was housekeeping. Usually housekeeping comes towards the end of breakfast service. We asked the reception to give us the 'window' and the response was that they didn't know - it could be at anytime until 1 pm and yet there was a day that we came back after 1 pm and our room still hadn't been cleaned. The beds only had thin sheets, were super hard, and the pillows were extremely thin. We asked for more towels and were told there weren't enough towels for us to have extra towels. The breakfast set-up was not explained at check-in and therefore when we arrived at the restaurant for breakfast, the staff had difficulty speaking english and explaining that you are limited to one pasty and one savory dish or yogurt. It is best if this process is more transparent and explained by someone that speaks english so that guests are not finding out in the breakfast queue and holding everyone up because it is hard to figure out what's going on.

Inexpensive, clean, lovely pool area

Excellent location, close to bus connections and plenty of lovely bars, cafes and parks to explore. Very complete breakfast. Large, comfortable beds and very quiet rooms - perfect for working. And of course the rooftop pool is much appreciated on a hot summer's day!
