Great location - easy walking distance to everything. The host (Cezar)was very thoughtful - all the little things taken care (that others don’t bother about). Breakfast supplies /milk, coffee, tea, butter,jam - for first couple of days. Great coffee machine. Cezar even gave us information for the next part of our trip.

Really quiet place to stay. Everything was so clean, and our host Cesar was there to help if there was anything we wanted to know. Air condition is a big plus when the temperature is outside +39 celsius. Super nice place to stay in the heart of Madrid.

Everything was absolutely wonderful, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The apartment, the building, and the amenities were all fantastic. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had peaceful, restful nights. The air conditioning was a real blessing, especially with the heat outside. It was hard to leave Madrid after such a delightful stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, plus water, milk, butter, jam, and coffee to kickstart your day. In the bathroom, we found soap, shower gel, and the softest, milky white towels! The entire apartment was spotless! A big thank you to our hosts—they were kind, discreet, and always ready to help whenever we needed it.

Everything was perfect thanks to the host Cesar's help. He was really supportive during all the days of our staying. He gave us a big favor of keeping our luggage before check-in and provided a transportation card in Madrid. I really strongly recommend this nice place for visiting Madrid.

“Central gem”

We loved the location. Great hosts. The provided recommendations were very helpful. The apartment was nice, spacious, clean, and well supplied. It had everything one needs for a short stay. One can cook a meal or two. We made our breakfast before heading out. During our stay, it was very quiet. If we are back to Madrid, we’ll definitely stay at his apartment again.

Wow , this property is just absolutely perfect for walking to all the main sights in central Madrid ….. five minutes walk to the Prado but proved to be an exceptionally quiet oasis to return to ! There is a supermarket underneath the apartment and many fabulous atmospheric local Spanish tapas bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk . Plaza Mayor is only 15 minutes and Royal Palace about 25 minutes walk ! The owner César was very helpful and provided maps and various guide books , lives in another property with his family within the same building .

A very comfortable, quiet, clean, spacious property in a wonderful part of Madrid - close enough to the central sites but within its own delightful neighbourhood. Plenty of bars and restaurants close; supermarket very close too - everything a traveller could need. Close to Anton Martin tube station and market. Host provided traveller essentials such as washing machine liquid for us to use.

The apartment was perfect and very well maintained and had everything that was needed. An Excellent location in the heart of Madrid so everywhere is a walking distance. Cesar is an excellent host, he welcomed us on arrival, showed us the apartment and gave us a lot of advises.
