“Perfect location”
Good Spanish breakfast with lots of fruit, bread and other stuff. Early departure was no problem with a picnic bag. Best possible location just out of Gran Via and a few hundred meters from Puerta del Sol. We walked everywhere

The hotel is well located, close to major landmarks, the Retiro park is only 1.5km away. The breakfast was good and the personnel was kind and cooperative. It was great that the facility has access control given the busy area of the hotel.

The location is very good, super close to various important city cultural spots and restaurants. even it is located in a busy location, our room was in the back o the hote, so, no car or crowd noise overnight.

The hotel was nice and comfortable, and the location was good. However, whenever we needed something (such as towels), we had to go down to the lobby ourselves, as there was no room service provided to our room. There were also no complimentary treats or amenities offered.
