“A perfect city hiot”
The hotel's location was perfect for us. Right in the heart of the city, yet very quiet (we had a room facing the courtyard). The building is stylish and tastefully decorated. There is a sauna and a gym in the basement—though we didn't get a chance to use either due to our busy schedule. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, whether at the front desk or in the breakfast area. I’d also like to give a special mention to the breakfast, which offers a fresh and wide selection at a very reasonable price.

“Disappointing bathrooms! Beautiful city.”
We paid for a Superior Deluxe room as a treat at the end of our road trip round northern Spain. The location was very central, and the courtyard was lovely. The pool on the roof, though small was very welcome in the late afternoon. We ate a lovely lunch in the restaurant as our room wasn't ready at 1:30pm. Sadly it wasn't ready at 3pm either which was disappointing.

“Wonderful stay in Madrid”
We had a lovely stay in the hotel. The location was perfect, right in the square and close to everything, which made exploring the city so easy. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection each morning, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We felt very comfortable there and would happily return.

Absolutely 10/10 hotel, i was super sick with a stomach bug and they had a doctor sent out to me free of charge as they work with the hotel! Never seen that before but WOW, what an amazing experience, the room was also excellent. I will definitely be only booking here in madrid from now on

“Amazing location and decor! Should be a 5 star hotel!”
The location is the best in Madrid. The decor of the hotel is amazing. Couldn't stop taking pictures. Breakfast patio and library were superb!
