“Totally awful”
I generally have 2 cups of coffee for breakfast. I tried to use your coffee machine and it took my money twice so I guess I didn’t have my breakfast twice.

“Private, comfortable, and good value for money”
Very comfortable and private, I especially liked that luggage was securely stored in lockers outside of the room so as not to disturb people sleeping inside it. Great location, just a few minutes by walking to Gran Via station

“Overall very nice, fun to get the space shuttle experience”
It was fun to experience a space shuttle, and it was nice you cold lock the door to your own shuttle. We had booked the normal double and it fit us perfectly. The kitchen and common area was always kept clean, along with the bothroom. There is also a big smart TV in the shuttle, which gives you opportunity to log on to any streaming service you have an account on

“Good location, cute pod”
The location was very good, close to the beautiful Gran Via boulevard and close walking distance to most museums. The double bad pod was spacious and clean. The room had plenty of space for one person so I stored and locked my belongings in the pod however there was a locker available which was nice to have also. All the staff were friendly and helpful showing me to my pod. My main worry was the potential for noise but luckily it was generally quiet despite many of the pods being occupied. I also liked the futuristic design of the pods and the kitchen space.
