“Amazing staff! Comfortable and quiet”

Incredibly friendly staff. Nice little free breakfast. Comfortable beds (no top bunks!) and nice and quiet.

Overall a great stay, the staff was really good. Catia or some similar name lady was very welcoming on the Check-In. Hopefully will stay here again soon !!

As a solo traveler, safety was very important to me and this hostel exceeded my expectations. I felt comfortable and safe during my entire stay. The location was perfect, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it to other solo travelers.

Place is very central. Easy communication and the legendary Fran was very thorough in everything! Stayed only overnight but as seniors we felt young at heart with the great vibe at Onefam! Thank you Fran for a great experience!

Amazing location, never had to walk more than 20 mins.. helpful staff, perfect for solo travellers. I had a really funny weekend and this hostel was a big part of it! Not a single dull moment. Overall great value for money.

This was my first time in Europe, and I had never stayed in a hostel before, so I was a bit nervous. But I think I ended up at the best one I could possibly choose. It was amazing. From the very first day until the last, I experienced incredible hospitality, cleanliness, helpfulness, and so many great activities. I absolutely loved the people at the reception — every single one of them was wonderful and truly kind. Thank you so much for everything.

“A place to feel like home and to meet new friends”

The hostel is located right in the city center. The hostel staff are the nicest people who genuinly wanted to show you around. In other hostels it sometimes feels like they just want to make more money off of you, but here it felt like I was a friend visiting, and they just wanted to show me the city and for me to have a good time. The hostel is very social and the activities are fun. The rooms were clean and the beds were nice. I will definitely be coming back!! Thanks to all the staff and fellow travellers who made it unforgettable!

Wonderful hostel staff :) Everything was clean, no bunk beds, comfortable community areas, possibility to store luggage after checkout, you can get ear plugs at the reception (work well against noise from the streets). Hostel offers several activities, so it's ideal for when you want to get to know Madrid and be social while doing so.

The staff was very nice and attentive. The hostel had a very nice vibe and environment. It was clean and all the instructions were clear!

The location was great, a mostly flat 5-minute walk away from the station! Big shout also to Fran on staff for being a fabulous person to speak to even in the morning. I was a bit hesitant because I often feel like my hostelling days in shared rooms should be behind me (because age), but the 4-bed all-women room I stayed in was great. Also no bunk beds, which was also great for my geriatric back. The layout of the hostel is like a shared apartment, and the bathrooms were spotless. I arrived straight out of a 20plus-hour flight series (don't ask) and felt immediately welcome :) I'd book again!
