“Helpful staff and well situated hotel”
Location for Prado and Thyssen is excellent. Easy walk from airport bus stop as well. Room had slightly open plan bathroom but was well planned and worked well. Beds were comfortable. Coffee machine in landing also did hot water for tea.

“Great location but rooms could do with some TLC”

Absolutely loved the location - 10-15 mins away from all the main attractions. We did not take any transportation during our stay in Madrid.

Bathroom flooded every shower no matter how tight you held the door shut. Bed was also so tiny and sunk on the right side and felt like we were falling off all night plus the walls were all so marked it felt dirty

“Lovely place to stay with a friend -- their twin rooms are great for two travellers.”
The balcony was adorable and the area was super nice. It was a great, neutral, central spot for a quick trip into Madrid. The twin bed room was totally sufficient for travelling with a friend and the shower was very nice.
