The AC did not work. We stayed for one night, we have to struggle with the change ourselves because of the night shift. The hotel has a food location but it’s clear the rooms are old.

Location is perfect, with the metro stop right out front. The staff was lovely and very helpful. Before I arrived, I had some trouble on booking regarding my payments and then had to change my reservation. I contacted the hotel directly for that and they were very helpful

Location was really good. super easy access and close to the shopping streets etc. As for Jacky from the breakfast shift - she was amazing! super helpful and super welcoming. Wish we had the chance to try their restaurant at night - it looked packed and yummy!
