The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hostel is in a great location. Compared to other hostels I've stayed at in Barcelona, this one stood out for its clean and fresh beds. The rooms were also cleaned daily, which was a nice bonus.

“Very good for the price, perfect for travelling alone”
Location is awesome, easy to get to from the airport and walkable to almost all of the touristic destinations. i stayed in a 4-bed room and the rooms are big enough and clean, it is quite sufficient to to sleep in and shower. Apparently they have free coffee and tea for the guests as well

I had an absolutely amazing stay at OK Hostel Madrid. Honestly, one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had while travelling. The staff are incredible — they genuinely cannot do enough for you and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The atmosphere in the hostel is fantastic: social, friendly, relaxed, and full of positive energy. Everything felt very well organised and thoughtful. The location is perfect as well — close to all the main spots and very easy to explore Madrid from there. The dinner was excellent, great value for money, and such a nice way to meet people from different countries. Overall, the hostel offers exceptional value and creates such a warm and memorable experience. I would especially like to mention Alberto, who was absolutely wonderful, although honestly all of the staff were amazing. You can really feel that there is a great culture within the team, and it makes a huge difference to the whole experience. I had a truly fantastic time and would definitely recommend OK Hostel Madrid to anyone visiting the city. I would happily stay there again myself in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The duvet was super comfortable! Besides that, the staff were nice and I could leave my luggage there for free after the checkout (up the same day). The lounge vibe were nice too! It's super close to everywhere. I'll come back!

The whole place is extremely well placed,staff very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is extremely clean.the beds are comfortable.not plush but extremely functional and has everything you need to leave possessions and sleep well whilst you explore the city.lots of bars and cafes nearby if you don't want to travel or walk far
