“Setting high expectations...causing disappointment”
Attractive pictures of rooftop and swimming pool and...they were not accessible (works). Would be faire to indicate this when booking.

The hotel is very well connected to metro, 10' walking to 2 different lines , just a few stops to center. Walking distance for many restaurants and shopping.. Staff is friendly and helpful. We requested for an upper floor room and they gave us one. The bed mattress and pillows were great! Definitely be back!

I really liked the staff – they were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was good, but it could have had more vegetables. The metro is nearby, and there are definitely many good restaurants around the hotel where you can eat. ;)

“Great hotel near the Bernabeu, El Corte Inglés and loads of shops. Easily accessible by transport”
Top floor room was spacious and spotless. Very comfortable with a little balcony and big bathroom and loads of space. Bed was very comfortable. Tea/coffee/water was perfect and the robe, slippers, towels were a nice touch.

Very good value for money, especially in an area where there are not many hotels. Located about 25 minutes by taxi from the city center, the hotel offers spacious rooms, a clean bathroom, and a pleasant lobby. It is also situated in a lively neighborhood, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.
