We got what we paid for as central Madrid is expensive. Our room floor was covered in hair , fortunately the cleaning lady was around and kindly vacumed for us. This is a no-staff hotel with code entry etc and breakfast a box of food outside the room door. I wouldn't use this hotel again.

The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of museums, Atocha station, Puerta del Sol etc. Great to have tea and coffee making facilities and communal kitchen. It was very modern and clean. Great Italian restaurant next door.

Excellent location, but this is a place only for people who prefer to interact with AI rather than people. Personally I prefer to have a reception desk etc. The room was tiny but it had everything one needs. Unfortunately my room was next to the laundry room and people do their washing also late at night.

I’m very disappointed with this accommodation. It’s a pity I didn’t read the reviews earlier and booked it just because of the good price, because otherwise I probably wouldn’t have chosen it. The only positive thing I can point out is the location, which is right in the city centre. Unfortunately, I didn’t find any other positives.
