“I was with work colleagues as we hosted an evening and everthing was great.”
Breakfast was excellent and very well organised for such a big hotel. My room was great too and lovely and clean.

“A quiet, modern, comfortable hotel with a nice pool and terrace and an amazing breakfast.”
The breakfast was fantastic and amazingly varied. We also loved the pool which was clean, big enough for lengths swimming and had grass around it to relax on sun loungers.

Lock on door was mended with tape, one socket was hanging out of the wall, the soap dispenser (noisily) fell off the wall during the night

“Ventas NH”
Great location, near the Ventas Bullring. Bus stop right outside and ventas metro a 5 minute walk. Bright and modern hotel, spacious room with everything you need. It has a nice terrace bar and garden area.

“Definitely would stay here again !”
Lovely hotel and really helpful staff in a middle class residential area. Beds very comfortable and rooms modern. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby within walking distance including the metro stop. We had the hotel breakfast one day which was good but expensive at around 20 Euros per person. For the rest of the time we ate at Momento cafe ( 7 min walk) which was excellent and a fraction of the price! It was also very popular with the Locals as well. The main shopping streets were around a 20 minute walk away. We also walked to the El Retiro park from the hotel. We actually preferred this area compared to the central area of Madrid and would stay here again as we felt like we were living around the Locals!

“Lovely stay and great value for money”
We traveled with our 9 year old daughter and the room was spacious and very comfortable for the 3 of us! The toilet was also great with a fantastic shower! The location is in a nice and super quiet neighbourhood 5-10 min walking from the nearest metro stations. The staff were always friendly and attentive! We left our car in the hotel garage the whole stay which was very convenient! At the end, we found a nice souvenir from the hotel on our windshield which was a nice and thoughtful touch! We loved our stay!

“OK but showing its age”
Been staying here on and off for the last decade. It’s a pleasant hotel in a quieter barrio with good connectivity. The breakfast buffet has been renovated, rooms and bathrooms hopefully next?!
