Fantastic beds and pillows. The location is very good, central but not noisy. We had the corner suite over 2 levels, very spacious and well equipped. The service level is really good. This will be our preffered hotel in future trips to Madrid.

In the Junior Suite with View room we booked, the bed and shower were superb. Breakfast is a clear winner- a generous buffet spread with lots of healthy options, a hot made-to-order menu and decent coffee.
