“Overall excellent stay. Place is quite. Take about 30min to go to town by metro..”
Clean and comfortable, about 7min walk to the nearest metro, and 5min walk to Burger King. Vending machines available at the lobby, cost about 1 euro per cup of coffee.

The room was very well lighted and the bed comfortable. Taking the public transportation is easy. You can find several places places where eating something when you feel lazy to go up to the city center. In 25 minutes walk you can reach Madrid Chamartín station.

“Pleasant place for a short solo trip”
Place is clean and quiet, well located as well, close to metro station, some bus stops and shopping centre. Lots of green around for a nice walk or sport, the area feels really safe. Staff is kind and friendly. Very good for a short solo trip and good value for money.

Excellent stay at the residence. The rooms are clean and comfortable, more facilities are available in common rooms (gym, study rooms...). The staff are very nice and helpful!
