Set in a privileged location in Madrid’s Salamanca district, set next to the well known Calle Serrano Street and 2 km from the Bernabeu Stadium. Everything was great, the location, the breakfast, the lobby area were super. Staff were helpful and gracious especially dining and bar staff. We really enjoyed our stay ❤️

Really couldn't have asked for more! I absolutely want to point out the overwhelming breakfast! Great service and variety for a perfect start in the day! Clean and cosy breakfast area. Maybe the best we've seen in a long time. Rooms and hotel are clean and welcoming. Bus / metro to city centre are super close. Every employee here was super nice / helpful (desk and cleaning staff). Would definitely come again and would absolutely recommend for a business or holiday trip to Madrid.

Location is excellent and that's it. Room is small for the price charged. Bathroom was tiny and I could barely open the door. Bedding (duvet, pillows) also poor quality for a $250-300 per night. Too expensive for service and quality offered.

Our stay in this hotel was terrible. I don’t recommend it at all. First of all, the “premium level” room for 500€ had a covered windows and an interior view… so it’s very dark, and if you open your window, you just look straight to another rooms window… at the reception they said that we had this info in the booking description, even though I haven’t seen it. And ofc with this kind of room I was not expecting this.
