“Its a good property. A 5 star at the cost of a 4 star hotel. Had a very comfortable and excellent stay. Staff are fluent”

“Fantastic”
The property was outstanding from start to finish. The room was fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and finished to a high standard. The staff were excellent throughout our stay, always friendly, attentive, and happy to help. Everything was spotless, with rooms serviced daily and maintained impeccably. A lovely touch was the in-room amenities from Rituals, with high-quality shower gels and shampoos that really elevated the experience. We did have a minor issue with our original room, as a sliding glass door was missing, but this was handled immediately and we were moved without any hassle—great service and professionalism. Overall, a superb experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

It isn't easy to park near the hotel and I feel €28 per day in the hotel car park is a lot.

The location is perfect if your main goal is Santiago Bernabéu. Close to the stadium, max 10 min walking. Close to nice restaurants and cafe, and metro station. The room was not spacious,but clean including the bathroom. We have received extra chocolate as a gift. :)

“Wonderful stay”
Attention, cleanliness, the Lobby was wonderful and spotless, nice and friendly staff, the BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS SO YUMMY AND SO MANT OPTIONS TO GET, THANK YOUUU, WE WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK 10/10 !!!
