“It was nothing special.”
The staff were rude and not helpful. Even asking them to order a taxi for us seemed too much to ask. They spent most of their time outside smoking.

The shower is uncomfortable. The shower head itself is awkward if you just want to wash without getting your hair wet. And there’s very little space in it.

Nice room. Good location. Close to metro, bars and restaurants. Rooftop balcony was a nice touch.

The room was consistently clean, with daily housekeeping, fresh towels, and regular sheet changes, everything you’d expect for a comfortable stay. The location is another highlight. Situated in the Chamberí neighborhood, it’s a pleasant and safe area while still being close to the city center, making it easy to explore Madrid.

Standard Spanish breakfast — nothing to complain about. Free water available at the reception. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi work well. The hotel is not far from the Canal metro station, and the city center can be reached in about 15 minutes.

“Staying at Leonardo made our trip more beautiful!”
Pretty, clean, nice people. Location was great. We were happy to spend the evening around there. Places to eat, drink and one night we went to a great concert. I also liked the view of the street from the balcony door.

“Great quiet city stay”
Breakfast was very nice! Location was also great. Not far from central noisy areas but super quiet street. In 30 minutes walk you were in Gran Via and the metro station was 3-4 minutes walk.
