“Very pleasant stay at this hotel”
Efficient check-in / check-out. Quite reasonable pricing. Spacious room, clean and well maintained. Very convenient location near the Alfonso XIII metro station and bus stops, a large supermarket and nice local cafes and restaurants. It is a little outside the classic tourist zones which is what I wanted and with the good transport connectiions you still have very good access to the main sights.

“Luxury rooms – very nice”
Extremely nice room, in accordance with the name of the hotel, and much bigger than expected. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Nice people in the reception. Close to metro station.

Great location, very close to the Alfonso XIII metro station. Huge shower. Friendly staff. And what I thought was a fantastic idea.....a water dispenser, free of charge.

“Really enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.”
Comfy beds. We were upgraded to a Superior suite which was nice. A bus ride away from the City. Close to the bus stop and Metro, Next to a good Supermarket and good coffee shop.

“Good location,nice staff”
The location is great for getting around Madrid,we used the number 9 bus to get us into the main square,the bus stop is a short walk from the hotel,the Metro is also a 5 minute walk away.The staff were all friendly and helpful.
