It is a very nice hotel with spacious, clean rooms in a relatively good area. It is 20 min from Salamanca's neighborhood. The reception personnel are really kind and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very well organized, clean, and comfortable. The entire staff worked exceptionally well together and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I would definitely love to try their breakfast next time. The hotel is also perfectly located, making it easy to get around and reach any part of Lisbon. A wonderful experience overall. I highly recommend it!

“Comfortable, clean, quiet and close to a good Sushi restaurant and some friendly bars”
I wanted to book a taxi to be sure to make my morning train but the receptionist said try the taxi’s outside but at the time there were none to ask. I would have appreciate help/advice with this. I did eventually find an app and booked it myself.

This was our fourth stay—and our last. The hotel lacks basic amenities like slippers, body lotion, shower caps, etc. The room floor was so dirty that we had to keep our shoes on at all times. During our four-night stay, the bedsheets were not changed even once. The air conditioning also made strange noises. The rooms need renovation, the sink in the bathroom and the bathtub were clogged. We will not be returning.

Room was spacious, clean, and nice. Comfortable bed and comfortable bathtub. Nice terrace all the guests can use. Nice receptionists. Not in the city center and not exactly close to it, although the bus stop is 2 min from the hotel, and bus can take you there in about 40 min. Overall, very good experience.
