We were assigned a room with no window facing outwards; room number 308. It was a dark, cramped, and therefore stuffy room. Was there a window? Yes, there was, but it overlooked the fire escape shaft.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many attractions. It’s on a quiet street, with several metro stations nearby, so you can easily get to any destination. The staff is very friendly and attentive to guests. You can get a lot of useful information, and the staff will do their best to answer all your questions. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and a coffee machine and kettle are available for your use. We are very satisfied with the entire hotel staff, who make sure your stay is wonderful. We would gladly stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Madrid.

Great location for visiting many of Madrid’s museums and art galleries.

I loved being to step out the door and into the middle of the old town, with its narrow streets and gorgeous old buildings. It was very handy and walkable to some of the key sites, and when I needed a ride, they were always no more than 2-3 minutes away.

Staff were nice. Room was clean. Everything was fine. Location is perfect.

The location was really good right in the centre of Madrid. The room was spacious and clean. On request the staff gave a kettle to boil water which was nice. Staff were very friendly.

Great location, within walking distance of all the attractions. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Quiet hotel without big crowds or noisy parties. It was also nice to have a fridge and a ketle in the room.

Very good hotel in the city center, a few hundred meters from Piazza Mayor and the Prado Museum. Very good restaurants in the surrounding area. The staff is polite, fast and efficient. The room was a satisfactory size and very clean.

All my interactions were with Rosea at the front desk. She was excellent. Friendly and very willing to help with anything I asked. Exceptional. Mario was also very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was great to have access to a computer. Location was fantastic.
