“Pleasantly surprised, AMAZING staff.”
Get what you pay for cheap and cheerful. Amazing friendly and helpful staff. Not much going on location wise but is next to a bus stop that is 6-7 mins away from a main metro and overground station. Good food 24/7, pizzas were very nice. Room was perfect for just a place to lay your head , didn’t realise it was just one room, sink and shower was part of the room which was abit of a surprise.

The room could be better equipped — there was no fridge or kettle, and the towels were not of good quality. Breakfast was quite disappointing, with very limited fruit and no vegetables available.

“Clean, basic and reasonable price”
Clean, basic and cheap. Has what you would expect of a cheap basic ibis hotel. I use it as a rest stop while driving from South Spain to North. The metro is a 1.7km walk which takes you into the Madrid center SOL. Staff are always happy and helpful. Can't complain for the price.

“A very pleasant and enjoyable stay!”
Small and minimalistic room, but very well laid out with everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff, very friendly and accommodating. We gladly stored our luggage untill we could access our rooms.

There's a building site next to the hotel, constant banging sound from 8am until late, hard to have a nap in the afternoon.

AC had to work hard but did ok. Window opened enough. Shower was big Lighting was good
