“Good service when you ask for it”

There was a mixup between Booking and the hotel which was quickly resolved by the staff once I complained. Unfortunately there was construction going on above the hotel and I had to ask to change rooms. Honestly, I wondered why I even had to ask and why I wasn't immediately assigned a quiet room. In summary : you need to ask if you want good service which you eventually get. But I think it would be nice not to have to ask especially after a long flight. Again, the first person I dealt with was not helpful which is too bad because it was my first impression. 1 breakfast was offered by the house to compensate.

I arrived at the hotel at 4:15 PM, and my room was not yet available. After an one hour walk, I returned to the hotel (at 5:25 PM), and my room was still not ready. I had to wait another 15 minutes until a suitable room was finally found. The same happened to another guest next to me, who complained very angrily in the lobby.

Great location. Recently renovated and very clean

The room is spacious and clean. The location is within 10-15 minutes walk to city centre. There are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants around. Also local shops or garden in the neighbourhood that you could enjoy as well.

The location is great, close to the city center and lively neighborhood. The breakfast is perfect, enough for us 3 people to get full with the buffet always being renewed. The cleaning ladies are so helpful and friendly. They do great job. The receptionists have been so kind and supportive from check-in to check-out.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean, can smell the cleanliness throughout the hotel. Aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Staff very friendly & professional. Check in was 3pm but they allowed us to check in early as room was ready.

I was deducted twice on my card and till date not reversed the payment

Great location, nice modern facilities with fully renovated rooms. Stayed in the suite and the suite was very spacious. Overall great place. The front lobby bell boys were wonderful and very helpful. Special shout out to all of them. Always with a smile.
