I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Do not pay for Superior Views. There were no superior views (see image attached). Views are from the building next to it, and some minor street. The walls are very thin and we could perfectly hear the neighbors having "fun" as if they were in our room, or the construction work happening on the hotel floor in the morning. They also gave us Twin beds despite marking a Double room because "it's not guaranteed", it's just a request. Lift is slow and old. While location is good, there are a lot of hotels in Gran Via around here. This one is also on top of a Cabaret.

I am very happy to have chosen this hotel. The location of this hotel is perfect. Everything was easy within walking distance and metro was also close by. Staff was friendly and nice. Nothing to complain about. Room was good and a good size. Had a table where I can work remote with my Laptop. Airco was good as well. The bed was also lovely.

“Charming central hotel”
Great location, hotel was welcome modern , staff spoke English clearly , was very helpful with my children , was my sons birthday and left presents for him in the room on arrival
