The room has the sink in the bedroom not in tje bathroom. Rooms on the inside can be noisy.

Great atmosphere and the rooms are thoughtfully laid out and comfortable. The availability to borrow a yoga mat was a great touch! The terrace overlooking the outdoor pool was also nice.

“Lovely property in a great location!”
This property is gorgeous & in a great location! It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station which gets you to Sol / Gran Via in less than 10 minutes. The hotel itself is clean, well sized & a great place to stay. The Sessions restaurant had a good selection of food & lots of choices for breakfast. The rooftop bar opened for the season whilst we were there & that is great too! The staff were all incredibly friendly & attentive, nothing was too much trouble.

First hotel I’ve stayed in with an actual useful hairdryer! No button to hold and actually worked quickly. Small plus but it’s amazing for speedy changes. Clean. Helpful staff. Good food breakfast and dinner.

We’ve already stayed at several Hard Rock Hotels, and they always deliver a professional standard. The staff are very kind, the service is perfect, the food is delicious, and the breakfast is excellent. Clean rooms with modern design. Great location — Madrid’s main attractions are within walking distance.
