“Overall not meeting expectations”
The location was great and the staff really nice. The bathrooms were very spacious and the appliances stilish. We were able to store our luggage after checkout for around 4 hours which was super useful.

“A very comfortable apartment in a central but busy location with great views over the city.”
Location was busier than we expected, but we found quieter areas where we could get away from the crowds. We were able to walk to the places we wanted to visit, e.g. the Prado.
