The location is excellent, right in the city centre and very close to Gran Vía. I really liked the overall urban and modern design of the hostel. It has a beautiful rooftop terrace that is very well designed and maintained, with reasonably priced drinks. The property also offers a good amount of common spaces. Everything was clean, and the booking process was smooth and easy. I stayed as a solo female traveler in a mixed 8-bed dorm and felt completely safe during my stay.

The location is amazing if you want to be right in the heart of Madrid. We were a family of 4 and there was 1 double bed and a bunk bed. It was a bit tight, but we weren't in the room that much. The hostel had a great vibe. They gave us a drink token for each of us when we arrived. There is a great rooftop patio/bar and a bar/restaurant on the main/lower level. One of the nights we were there it was open mic. It was expensive to do laundry there (in my opinion). The staff were helpful in helping us decide if an Uber or Taxi would be best to get to the train station.

I made a reservation and was misled. Upon arrival at the reception, I was informed that my reservation had to be canceled because the rooms were for women only. As shown in the screenshots I took today, this information is not clearly stated. My reservation was canceled on the same day it was made, yet the full amount was retained. I have filed a complaint with the competent authorities.

Very modern great location we had dinner there pizza/ salad was fantastic and you get a token when you check in for a free drink .real mixture of ages staying .Breakfast buffet good value .Would def book again. Look at size of baileys free drink wouldn't get that in UK !
