“Hotel Exe Zarzuela Park”
Located in a quiet area, yet very well connected thanks to the nearby bus stop. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The garden is a real highlight — spacious, green, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, a very good choice for what we were looking for.

“Highly recommended”
The location is very nice but if you do not have a car you could find some difficulties. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff all spoke good English. Went out of their way to help us out. The hotel has a charging point but we were not able to charge as the station was offline. The staff really tried to help but we only stayed here for 2 nights so by the time anything could be done we had to leave. The hotel is impeccably clean. Restaurant is undergoing maintenance and I think even the reception area. Shaded parking space available. Very comfortable beds and great a/c.

“Amazing!”
The staff is soo nice! We arrived really hungry at late hour and since their restaurant is under remodelling they have a list of restaurants prepared where you can order food. Very clean hotel. Calm neighbourhood. Swimming pool is refreshing. Safe hotel with its own covered parking so even low suspension cars can park there.

The property is nothing like the pictures, it was very run down and in desperate need of renovation. We feel like it was falsely advertised and they have either used AI for the photos or they are many years old. A complaint has been raised, however I have not heard anything back. We were meant to stay 4 days but we only stayed 1 day. There is nothing near by and the restaurant was closed and we were not informed of this. Very disappointed and I would not recommend staying here.
